Since we are not tied to any operator we will share our vast industry and current market knowledge with you to make sure you have as man options as possible. We will point you in the direction of the best centres and those you may have not selected from the website but match your requirement perfectly.
Contact all selected business centres on your behalf and put you in direct contact*
We will let the market know you need office space, how big, when and at what price. This is key and saves you a great deal of time finding contact information for each business centre. We will provide all this information in your report.
*if you do not want to speak with the centres directly let us know and we will deal with them on your behalf during the initial stages.
Arrange viewings, create schedules and confirm dates and time
Getting you out to view your chosen properties or those we have recommended is a major part of our service. We keep communication hot between all parties to ensure you can see the space yourself at a time convenient for you. Once you have had a viewing we will pass on your feedback to the centre so you don’t have to give any bad news. We’ll continue to liase between you until your happy or decide another course of action.

How many people/workstations and when
This information will allow us to match the availability in the market to what you need. We can cater for small and large requirements from 1 – 300 workstations. As for timings, it is beneficial to know if you require space now or if you are looking say 6 months from now. If it is confirmed an urgent requirement we’ll pull out all the stops to find your office space.
What key facilities are important to you?
The majority of business centres are by their nature fully furnished and equipped with what you need to start working form day one. Facilities do vary, so if you require particular IT standards or other equipment then we need to know so we can match your needs to what’s available. Parking, security and transport links are often a requirement that can be overlooked at the initial stages.
